We also employ classroom aides who assist as needed with children and in our classrooms.

Classroom age is determined by the child's age on August 31st.

We use a center approach to learning with a variety of hands-on developmentally appropriate activities designed to enhance a child’s understanding of the world while encouraging mastery of developmental skills. The TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) guidelines are integrated into our Pre-K and Kindergarten curriculum. The Three Year Old, Pre-K and Kindergarten classes attend a children’s worship service on Tuesday mornings and all classes attend music class each week. Our discipline policy is a positive approach that fosters self-control. Children learn to make choices and begin to understand the natural or logical consequence of choices. A monthly newsletter, found above, informs parents of upcoming events and classroom activities.
